CHERRY SMOKE

I had the privilege of serving as the Art Director for a captivating photo shoot and digital campaign for Tom Ford's fragrance "Cherry Smoke." This unique project was part of a SCAD class where advertising students like myself were paired with one photographer.

In this collaborative endeavor, the objective was to create a striking visual narrative that captured the essence of the "Cherry Smoke" fragrance. The design direction for the campaign focused on a palette dominated by deep red and black tones, carefully selected to convey the fragrance's alluring and mysterious nature.

As the Art Director, I played a crucial role in shaping the overall creative vision. This entailed close collaboration with my photographer partner, stylists, and other creatives to ensure that every element of the campaign, from set design to model styling and lighting, aligned with our artistic direction. Together, we worked to ensure that every detail of the shoot complemented the fragrance's identity and narrative.

The result was a visually stunning campaign that perfectly encapsulated the spirit of "Cherry Smoke." Through our collaborative efforts, we successfully translated the fragrance's unique character into a compelling and memorable digital campaign, making the most of the talents of both the advertising and photography students in our SCAD class.
